How it Works

Enroll Your Listing

Upload the Listing Agreement & Participation Agreement to the RealVitalize enrollment platform for approval.

Schedule

Your assigned Angi Project Consultant will connect you to service professionals to scope work and provide estimates. After reviewing the estimates with your sellers, approved work will be scheduled and managed remotely by your Angi Project Consultant.

Renovate

Once the RealVitalize projects are complete, your clients have seven (7) days to approve them. If your clients are not satisfied with the home projects or service, Angi will resolve any issues pertaining to the agreed scope of work, backed by the Angi Happiness Guarantee.

Sell

Once the home sells, the cost of the RealVitalize project is deducted from the settlement proceeds, with no interest, markups, or fees.

Have your own trusted painters, contractors, or stagers?

You can refer your own vendors to the RealVitalize network by submitting the form linked below. All vendors must be vetted through the Angi screening process and agree to the RealVitalize program’s participation terms.** Once your vendors are part of the RealVitalize network, they can accept quality job leads and get paid quickly — they won’t have to wait until closing.

**Agent-referred vendors are not covered under the Angi Happiness Guarantee, and must be referred by an affiliated agent to be eligible for the RealVitalize network. All RealVitalize vendors pay a management fee back to Angi for accepted projects.
